The following article describes the process for Liberty B&M team to log a stock query with the GXO team for something that is already in a pickable location.
For example:
- Perishable product past or close to its expiry date
- Items identified as mislabelled
- Price updates
1. Create a new ticket in Zendesk using the 'Swad product query' form.
2. Requester should be 'CGXO stock team' (ibquery@libertylondon.com)
3. In the left hand panel, select the relevant Division from the dropdown list, all other fields can be left blank for the GXO team to complete
4. Provide as much information as possible in the comments box, making sure you have selected the 'PUBLIC REPLY' option.
5. Click 'Submit as New' - this will now automatically assign your query to the correct B&M team and notify the GXO Stock team that they have a support ticket that requires their attention
