The following article describes the process for GXO team to log a stock query with the Liberty B&M team for something that is already in a pickable location.
For example:
- Perishable product past or close to its expiry date
- Items identified as mislabelled
Items should be made non-pickable by raising a Transfer Journal from their current location to SWA001/IBQUERY
Once done the details need to be logged on Zendesk as follows:
1. Go to https://libertylogistics.zendesk.com and click on 'Submit a request'
2. Select 'Swad product query' from the drop down list.
3. Compete all the relevant fields, providing as much information as possible. Email address should always be ibquery@libertylondon.com
4. Click 'Submit' - this will now automatically assign your query to the correct B&M team.
NB: You do not need to be signed in to submit this form, however the 'Sign In' option in the top right hand corner of your browser can be used to view and update any previous submissions you have made if necessary.
