AFTER FORM SUBMISSION
Once you’ve completed the form, please submit it and take the item to Customer Services (3rd Floor). Quote the ‘ZD’ reference number provided in your confirmation email. The Mail Order will be processed within 24 hours of Customer Services receiving the item(s), and the customer will receive a secure payment link by email.
Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX. Please note that PayPal and Apple Pay cannot be used. Once payment has been received from the customer, the Mail Order will be prepared for shipping.
If your item is being sent from store, Customer Services will arrange dispatch via DPD/DHL.
Please note: the Mail Order will be processed along with other customer orders, so we're unable to prioritise or fast-track individual requests.
