The following article describes the agreed process and timelines when arranging delivery of post/parcels to the Store and/or Head Office.
With the move to agile working it is no longer possible for post to be delivered to individuals' desks (as most people won't have one) and in the interests of keeping the very limited space in goods in safe and tidy we cannot store anything there for any longer than is absolutely necessary.
We have therefore introduced a new system for logging parcels at goods in that is loosely based on how Click and Collect works.
On arrival the Goods In team will email you to let you know you have a parcel to collect, please make arrangements to collect as soon as possible. If you are unable to collect for any reason or need the parcel to go elsewhere then all you need do is reply to that message saying where you want it to go and to who.
Uncollected parcels will either be returned to sender or treated as lost property after two weeks.
To assist us can you please try to adhere to the following when having post sent here.
- Do not use 32 Kingly Street as the address - use Little Marlborough Street.
- Use YOUR name as the addressee, even if you will not be here, so we know who to email to advise on arrival.
- If arranging a large delivery please make prior contact with Jason Amoordon or Maxi Peart in advance.
- Do not use the Liberty address to have personal shopping delivered.
