The following article describes how to a request a courier shipment - this includes any and all shipments being sent to AND from the store/office via the post room.
Use the grid below to determine how to arrange shipment of any courier parcels. As a general guide courier parcels should be a maximum of 15kg each box and be no more than 600mm in any dimension.
* ALL jewellery repairs involving an international shipment must go via Impex (Import/Export) team
** Impex team can be contacted by emailing impex@libertylondon.com
- This online form should be FULLY completed and submitted and must include ALL of the following details:
- YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS: requires an @libertylondon.com email address
- YOUR NAME: if you don't know it, check the label in the back of your collar
- YOUR DEPARTMENT: if not listed please add this in the SUBJECT LINE below
- SUBJECT LINE: e.g. "Boxes of samples"
- DETAILS OF YOUR QUERY: please provide a brief description of what is being shipped, please include number of boxes & approximate weight in Kg of each
e.g. "2 boxes of samples to send to Liberty London Sales team for trade shows
box 1: 1.5kg, box 2: 2.8kg

- RECIPIENT ADDRESS: the full name of who the parcel is going to
- DELIVERY ADDRESS: the full address & postcode of where the parcels need to shipped to
- RECIPIENT TELEPHONE NUMBER: preferably a mobile number that can be shared with the courier for tracking updates
- RECIPIENT EMAIL ADDRESS: will be shared with the courier for tracking updates
- ATTACHMENTS: if parcel is being shipped outside the UK you will also need to provide an export form. This form can be downloaded from "K:\Common\Logistics\IMPORT EXPORT\Post room Exports\" and must be attached to your request.
If you are requesting shipment to NON UK address then the 'International delivery?' option should be ticked and then the following fields should also be completed:

- SALES TRANSACTION DATE: the date that the sale was processed through the store till
- TILL ID: this is a 9 digit number combining TILL NUMBER and the TRANSACTION NUMBER
- e.g. Till 056, Transaction number 220892 = TILL ID 056220892
If collection from a UK address OTHER than the store/office is also required then the 'COLLECTION REQUIRED?' option should be ticked and then the following fields should also be completed:

- COLLECTION NAME: the full name of who the parcels need to be collected from
- COLLECTION ADDRESS: the full address & postcode of where the parcels need to be collected from
- COLLECTION TELEPHONE NUMBER: preferably a mobile number that can be shared with the courier for tracking updates
- COLLECTION EMAIL ADDRESS: will be shared with the courier for tracking updates
Once you have submitted your request you will receive a six digit reference number by email, please ensure your parcel is clearly marked with this number and then take it to the despatch room* on the third floor of the store and leave in the designated area for POST OUT.
FAILURE TO FOLLOW THIS PROCESS MAY RESULT IN DELAYS TO YOUR PARCEL BEING SHIPPED
