The following article describes how to access Zendesk Support in order to view and/or update tickets.
Laptop/Surface PC
Go to this link (and consider saving to favourites)
Email address is your @libertylondon.com address, if you don’t know your password use the “Forgot password?” link or request a new password from a Zendesk admin.

Click on the views in the left hand panel to see all relevant tickets that have not been marked as solved
Click on the ticket you wish to view (use the search icon at the top right hand corner of the screen if you know the ticket number and/or customer name)
Any comments added as an Internal note will be added to the ticket for all to see but will NOT be shared with the customer (in Zendesk language this is referred to as the requester)
Internal comments are also shared by email with anyone shown as a CC in the left hand panel
To confirm your comments click the SUBMIT* button in the bottom right hand corner of your browser
*(button may say Submit as Open/Pending/On Hold but does the same thing)
Mobile device
Download and install the Zendesk Support App by clicking here for iOS or here for Android
Once installed complete sign-in as follows

Tap on 'Your unsolved tickets' at the top of the screen to display all the views available to you, select the one you wish to view (use the search icon at the bottom of the screen if you know the ticket number and/or customer name)
Tap on an individual ticket to open it.
By default only the first and last comments are shown, tap on the "# older" button in the middle of the screen to view the entire thread.
To add a comment tap on 'Write a reply' at the bottom of the screen
To view the full ticket properties (including details of who is added as a CC) tap on "See all".
To submit your updates tap on the 'send' icon in the top right hand corner of the screen.
