Prior to completing any works at Liberty we require all contractors to complete a Health & Safety assessment in advance. In order to do this you need to follow the following steps:
1. Create an account on our Help Centre.
- click on 'Sign in' at the top right hand corner of this web page
- click the 'Sign up' link, enter your name and email address then click 'Sign up'
- you will then receive this email asking you to create a password
2. Sign in to your account and Submit your Health & Safety Assessment
- click on 'Submit a request' at the top right hand corner of this web page and select 'Liberty Contractor Health & Safety Assessment' from the drop down list (alternatively follow this link to open in a new tab)
- complete all sections of the form and use the 'Attachments' option at the bottom of the page for any and all required documentation
- click 'SUBMIT' once completed.
