The following article describes how to request a temporary discount for non-Liberty staff:
- This online form should be FULLY completed and submitted and must include ALL of the following details - if requesting discount for multiple people, one request is required for EACH person.

- YOUR LIBERTY EMAIL ADDRESS
- SUBJECT LINE: e.g. "Temp discount request for Arthur Liberty"
- RECIPIENT NAME: the full name of the person receiving discount
- RECIPIENT EMAIL ADDRESS: the email address of the person receiving discount
- REQUIRED START DATE: when does the discount need to be available from
- EXPIRY DATE: when should the discount expire - MAXIMUM is 30 days
- AUTHORISING DIRECTOR: select from the available options in the drop down list
- DETAILS OF YOUR QUERY: please provide a brief description of the reason for the request - e.g. "discount for visitors from Feed London Charity partners"
- CUSTOMER LOYALTY NO.: If recipient already has a Loyalty account please provide the number if known**
The Customer Services team will aim to process all requests within 4 hours and will communicate how to use discount directly to the recipient, including any restrictions of use as well as advising of the expiry date of the discount.
** NB: new loyalty accounts require an overnight update in the system so these will not be available same day.
